Bower Hill Single Barrel Bourbon great ginger flavor peppery spice and talc finishThis single barrel, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey commemorates the Battle of Bower Hill, which was the first and only known bloodshed of the Whiskey Rebellion in 1794, in which 600 militiamen attacked and ultimately burned down the tax collectors fortified home. Each Bower Hill Bourbon barrel is distilled and aged in Louisville, KY and yields roughly 300 bottles, which are labeled with batch, barrel and bottle numbers. At 94 proof, the bourbon
