Original metal fittings were reattached and a clear protective coat added to help preserve the finish — though they remain delicate glass items and should be handled with care

with some lovely concaves too

so watertight and not obvious

I have photographed this with a co ordinating folding stool (makes a great footstool)

so appear to float
