Dorothy Thorpe was a pioneer in the US, widely known for her sandblasted etch art glass creations. Her studio was based out of Los Angeles and she was active between the 1930s through the 1950s. The clarity of the glass, and the execution of her sandblasted etching is impeccable! The vase was estate owned
