Aquascape Bioballs Lights It is completely submersible andAquascape Biological Filter Media encourages effective biological filtration. The Bioballs provide textured surface area for beneficial bacteria to grow and colonize. Each ball offers 19 square inches of surface area. Balls are designed with a paddle wheel which breaks water flow and helps de gas the water, in turn maximizing dissolved oxygen levels. The balls can be strung together for easy cleaning. Product includes a draw string media net.
