The amethyst is haloed by twelve old mine cut diamonds ranging from 0. 08 0. 15ct (approx. 1. 40ct total). They have excellent clarity and colour and complement the deep purple hue of the amethyst beautifully. The stones are set in a platinum face and lead into an 18ct yellow gold band at the back.
