Very similar to the vintage Galt versions, but with more detail I have named him Brian, he has a lovely smile and adjustable back stand for small people to use it as a push along, on to be lowered if prefered for riding on Expected wear the the wheels and some chips to the gloss here and there (which i have sanded smooth) Not sure if he was a homemade creation or mass produced, as i can't find any record of him? UK
