This is a fairly new material from Madagascar which is almost brecciated Quartz Granite like matrix which ranges in colour from white to smokey. A percentage of the material with a Quartz matrix has variable gemmy zones with a wide range of blue Spinel spot like inclusions. The more recent material is closer in appearance to the K2 Afghanite.
