Barrels are sourced from around the country (and the world) & shipped to Barrell’s facilities in Kentucky for additional aging and bottling

This rye will be double finished (for an additional three months) in separate barrels which previously contained port wine

Distilled and aged in Indiana and Kentucky

Their tasting panel will only bottle a single-cask under the distillery name if it is a cask of the highest quality

along with spices and cedar
