Aromatics of white peach and tropical melon are accompanied by savoury oak. The palate is elegant and mouth filling, with a lovely texture from extended ageing on lees in high quality French oak. The wine displays good length and the finish is fresh and moreish. This wine pairs well with vegetarian dishes, salmon, tuna, poultry and pork.
